• Dissemination of information on the various quality parameters of higher education to all internal divisions.
• Retrieval of Information on various quality parameters of Higher Education and best practices followed by other universities IQAC.
• Organization of workshops and seminars on quality – related themes and promotion of quality.
• Design and implementation of annual plan and various formats for school wise, region wise and administrative division activities for quality enhancement of YCMOU
• Development and application of innovative practices in various programmes / activities leading to quality enhancement.
• Act as a nodal unit of the Institution for augmenting quality – related activities.
• Prepare focused annual quality assurance report (AQARs) based on the quality parameters/assessment criteria developed by the relevant quality assurance body ( e.g. ISO certification) in the prescribed format and initiate the process for certification.
• Documentation of the various programmes/activities of the YCMOU leading to quality improvement and updating the content related to quality assurance activities on the YCMOU website time-to-time.
